<li class="level1"> mix butter, water, cocoa in pan and bring to a boil</li>
<li class="level1"> combine flour and sugar with the cocoa mixture</li>
<li class="level1"> mix milk, beatened eggs, baking soda and vanilla together add cocoa mixture</li>
<li class="level1"> put in a pre greased pan then in oven</li>
<li class="level1"> bake for 20 minutes</li>
<li class="level1"> while its baking mix up frosting ingredients adding enough powder sugar and milk to make it easy to spread on cake</li>
<li class="level1"> after it cooks for 20 minutes take it  out of the oven and put the frosting on them put it in the oven for the last 2 minutes</li>
