These are a good clone of Long John Silver’s hush puppy recipe

==== Ingredients ====
  * 2 large Eggs, beaten
  * ½ cup Sugar
  * 1 large White onion, diced small
  * 1 cup Self-rising flour
  * ¾ cup Cornmeal
  * 3 Tbsp All-purpose flour
  * 1 tbsp Baking Powder
  * ½ tsp Salt


==== Directions ====
  - In medium bowl, mix together eggs, sugar, and onion
  - Blend in flour and cornmeal
  - Drop batter by rounded teaspoonsful into deep fryer set to 365 degrees and cook until golden brown
