This is a clone of the batter Long John Silver’s uses to fry their fish and chicken.

|1 1/3 cup              | All-purpose flour            |
|1 cup                  | Water                        |
|1 large                | Egg                          |
|2 tsp                  | Granulated sugar             |
|2 tsp                  | Salt                         |

  - Mix all Ingredients until smooth
  - Use a paper towel to pat dry fish or chicken before dipping in batter and deep frying
