Long John Silver’s Fish Batter

This is a clone of the batter Long John Silver’s uses to fry their fish and chicken.

Ingredients
1 1/3 cup All-purpose flour
1 cup Water
1 large Egg
2 tsp Granulated sugar
2 tsp Salt

Directions

  1. Mix all Ingredients until smooth
  2. Use a paper towel to pat dry fish or chicken before dipping in batter and deep frying
